Funny how he left out how the investigation from the career agents and prosecutors found the allegations were BS https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/prosecutors-memo-us-attorney-advised-160325739.html |
Just another Trumper getting punished by Trump, and more people line up to have this done to them. Crazy. |
If true, how does this affect the case? |
The Republicans hate Comey as well. Comey managed to make enemies of practically everyone in washington. |
Nope. It is a both sides thing. And Trump is using all of what Dems have used or done, against the Dems themselves. (Cancel culture, hate speech is not free speech, lawfare, etc). Democrats have got to take responsibility for their part they played in the whole mess. Democrats opened the door. Don’t be surprised if he decided to disarm the populace using the progressive democrats arguments from previous years. It would be in the democrats and countries best interest to go over the last decade and see what else Trump will use. But in order to do that, democrats must accept the responsibility for the part they played. |
As soon as republicans start saying democrats did it first, I know they have no justification for what they are doing. I don’t know what this has to do with democrats anyway. James Comey is and always has been a republican. |
Comey couldn’t be indicted after sept 30 |
The lawfare Dems committed against Trump (perceived lawfare) It’s not about blaming democrats or accusing Dems of doing it first. It’s about that any entity did it first. Once you do it or demand it or make it ok, you make it ok for others, not just your side. It’s about setting precedent. Once something is done once it’s easier to do the subsequent times. Democrats are getting blamed for doing it first because they did it first. But it’s truly about precedent. |
This democrat is not ok with this at all! |
Please provide specific examples of where dems use the instruments of state to execute cancel culture. |
They didn't. That's just a MAGA talking point to justify what they're doing. But even if it was true, it still doesn't justify what Trump is doing. Apparently this "your side did it" is convincing to people who are on the various sides. But I'm not a democrat or a republican, so it doesn't convince me at all. You need to justify your prosecution in terms of the evidence and the law. Trump cannot do that in this case, and has all but admitted he's doing it to get back at Comey. |
| Just because republicians and FEEL persecuted, it doesn’t mean they are. PERCEIVED law fare is not is same as actual law fare. |
Shorter PP: Facts don’t care about Republicans’ feelings. |
| What comes around goes around. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. |
| So effing sick of Trump’s pettiness over every little thing. The world is in chaos. This country is spiraling. And all Trump cares about is getting revenge on everyone and everything (escalator) he doesn’t like. And his supporters just cheer him on and happily pay for it with their tax dollars. |
