James Comey Indictment

First, there is as of now no indictment.

Second, what's the over under on how many appearances Abbe Lowell has to make before this is indictment is dismissed with prejudiced and the newly minted USA of the EDVA is b***h-slapped by the judge into the following week.

Before moaning and groaning about radical leftist lawyers, he represented Jared and Ivanka.

+1. He's purposefully picking awful people like Comey and Bolton to go after first because Democrats don't want to defend them. But once he shows he can use DOJ to go after enemies, he won't stop with awful people like them.

It doesn't matter if there is evidence or a prosecutable case. Trump wants retribution. He wants others to "suffer" the way he did. Since most people Trump is targeting are not millionaires or billionaires, even if the charges are flimsy, they will have to pay expensive legal fees, which is part of the "punishment."

I thought Trump hates transgender people but looks like appointed a transgender woman, Lindsay Halligan, as the puppet prosecutor in the Eastern District of VA who might be indicting Comey.
