Is the parade expected to damage Memorial Bridge? Roosevelt is under construction and traffic will be awful if two bridges are not at max capacity, especially with RTO.

That’s what I’ve been worried about since I saw the planned parade route. I don’t know if the tanks (not sure of the different names of the heavy armored vehicles) will be crossing the bridge — or if they will join the parade from the DC side?

I’m sure they have, but the planners — including the birthday boy — may or may not be concerned about damage that they might leave behind.

It's pretty gross considering that 10 million americans are about to lose their health insurance due to "the Big Beautiful Bill" budget cuts.

If we cancelled the parade we could send them all a $4.50 check.

Are you trying to minimize the expenditure of 50 million dollars? Or we could refund the VA - giving jobs to people (so they can feed their families) and help veterans. Let’s ask vets whether they’d have more money devoted to mental health or watch your cult leader wave at everyone from the grandstand. Republican hypocrites.
