"The Numbers are Wrong": Statistical abnormalities in 2024 swing state voting patterns

Anonymous
[quote=Anonymous]Extreme statistical outliers dominated swing state voting patterns, across all swing states.

Trump got far more "extra votes" than Harris in swing states, both when comparing to downticket races within the same state and when comparing to mom swing states.

Republicans had a known substantial contingent of "Never Trumpers" who vote Republican but not Trump, but Democrats who vote Democrat also supported Harris. ("Moderates" who claim to be tired of "progressives" vote Republican, not Democrat-but-not-Harris)

Where did these tightly correlated extra votes come from?

Data and analysis at The Numbers are Wrong:

Democrats need to figure this out and be willing and able to deploy their own billionaires to hack the vote.

+1. Apparently you are a homosexual / sissy / whatever other slur if you are a liberal high school male, according to my DS.

Gross. I would be ashamed if that was my kid. When I asked my DS about the then-current vibe at his HS school after I read about LGBT hate incident, he responded:

“Mom, a boy could stand in a table in the middle of lunch wearing high heels to pronounce he was gay and nobody would look up.”

I feel fortunate that my boys grew up in such an environment.

I think this kind of thing is wonderful. It reminds me of my great grandmother’s book about growing up in the Weimar Republic. It’s crazy that it’s taken a century to get back to those healthy levels of tolerance. It goes to show that history loops around rather than just progressing ever upward in a straight line.

LOL. Is this a parody post? If not, you might want to look into the Weimar Republic a bit more, especially how it ended.

And people of all ages are tolerant of trans folks but sick of Democrats’ policies regarding trans. Look at the decline in support over the past three years. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/02/26/americans-have-grown-more-supportive-of-restrictions-for-trans-people-in-recent-years/

Low education white Gen Z men are pro-Repubican.

The rest are not.

We literally said we were not voting for Biden or Harris. You didn't listen, did you?

Gen Z, you didn’t listen to us when we told you the next president WOULD BE one of the two major parties, and a non-vote or third party vote was a vote for Trump. I understand that you don’t like the two party system. I don’t either. But an election with democracy at stake was not the time to make that statement. If you want to work toward a different system, that needs to start at the local level and will take a long time to reach the presidency. This is the reality. It will also take MUCH more work and effort than making tiktoks stating that you won’t vote for so-and-so. It will take boots on the ground and very hard work. It can’t be accomplished on your phones. Find a local third party candidate you love, and do everything you can to support them.

I am saying this without judgement, because I really do get it. I voted for Ralph Nader…

Yeah, we listened. And we shook our heads, and some of us murmured things like: “Don’t let the ‘perfect’ be the enemy of the ‘good’”. I hope that you — and your children — enjoy the future that your small taste of political power has helped to create.

How are you smug about this NOW. How? I’m Gen X and terrified and yet I see you, I see senator Schumer and Rep Jeffries and I wonder where you each get off.

I think it’s incredibly unlikely that the numbers were modified in any way considering the special election results in Wisconsin. If they truly rigged the 2024 election why wouldn’t they have done the same thing for Wisconsin Supreme Court race? Trump won by 0.9 points in 2024 and the liberal justice won by 10 points last night.

Because the DOG boys were busy, destroying the government and not really focused on Wisconsin. They thought buying votes would be enough.

Everyone knows Kamala really won. She’s too graceful and dignified to complain, but she knows she won. She got more votes by far than Hillary, Barack, or Bill ever got. So how did Trump “win”?

DP because two things can be true at once. Gen Z who allowed perfect to be the enemy of good behaved stupidly and irresponsibly AND Chick Schumer is not meeting the moment and needs to go.

I am a Republican who voted for Trump, but am not MAGA. Here are some observations:

1. Democrats lied to us about Biden.
2. Neither Obama nor Pelosi thought Harris was a good candidate.
3. Harris was a terrible candidate. She cannot string words together and people were not sure she would be better than Biden or Trump.
4. The huge influx across the open border scared people.
5. Most people believe bio men do not belong in women's sports. Even people who believe trans people should live their own lives.
6. Afghanistan
7. Ukraine
8. Most of the court cases against Trump were ridiculous. Especially those in NYC. Go look into E Jean Carroll. I do not understand anyone who believed her. Fani Willis, too.
9. Nancy should have let the GOP pick their members on the J6 Committee. She wanted "never Trumpers." This took away trust in it.

Shove it, Xi. No real democrat is saying that, just you Chinese and Russian trolls.

Thank you. Their childish attempts at derailment aren’t going to work anymore.

If you believe those things you are functionally maga. Just accept it. If it’s about fashion just skip the red hat.

You are MAGA, just own it.

1) Biden is/was old, but he knew what he was doing and was generally a decent and good president and person.
2) Who cares what either of them think.
3) She ran a good campaign and was a good candidate. Her policy proposals are what everyone says we need, but she was drowned out by the BS.
4) There was never a huge influx of people and the border wasn't open. Evidence? Why is ICE having such a hard time finding "illegals" to deport if there are so many that they are deporting people here legally and in some cases, native born citizens?
5) Agree, but this is less than 1 person per state, a handful that the GOP totally weaponized and blew out of proportion
6) Trump and Pompeo negotiated the deal and left the mess to Biden. There was never going to be an easy extrication at that point.
7) What about Ukraine? The US has traditionally defended demcrocy worldwide and was honoring its 1994 committment to Ukraine when the USSR broke apart.
8) no, they weren't...it took a corrupt Judge Cannon and a corrupt Supreme Court to allow Trump to skate.
9) Nancy had GOP on the Committee, but why allow people who were part of the conspiracy onto the committee? Fox, meet henhouse.
