The Trump Women and their Fashion Mishaps - Part Three

She’d look so much better in sexy but covered, fitted clothes (like Melania wears), a shorter do with some feathered bangs and some subtle highlights for dimension.

Reminds me of how Ivana Trump could not let go of that awful 80s hairstyle. It’s almost like these women have body dysmorphic disorder but with their faces/hair/clothing choices.

Correct.

This before and after picture is like page 15 in the "Everything He Touches Turns to Sh*t" book about Trump. There's also a page for Guiliani, his dad's fortune, and his various casino endeavors. Actually, seeing how Trump just ruins everyone around him, Melania really does look damn good, all things considering.

She looks beautiful. Love the dress. She wears it well.

If we concede that she was sending messages via clothing during Trump’s years - “I don’t really care, do u?” isn’t exactly subtle - what message is she sending here? He’s a potted plant? I’m a plant?

I’m not a Trump fan by any stretch, but I actually think her “I don’t really care, do u?” message was spot on.

Whining and complaining and TALKING about how much you “care” isn’t worth a GD thing… so how many of you actually DID anything about it, or God forbid made any sacrifices? Not many. So how much did you REALLY care?

Oh please she hasn't done anything for anyone except herself in her entire life. Don't get it confused.

She's a sub human who never in her life did anything remotely good.

The previous post wasn’t about what SHE doesn’t do. It was about what YOU don’t do.

(That is, neither she nor you “really care” but she is the only one willing to admit it)

...

I think First Lady is a position where you have a platform and can actually do a lot of good, by promoting awareness of different issues.

The only message she ever sent was "I don't care" and she half-assed her First Lady duties. Which is actually fine, making "First Lady" a job seems so silly in this day and age. But doing nothing with the role isn't admirable, either.

She was supposed to have an anti-bullying platform, which was rich, given her husband. She did tend to look great, unlike the rest of this crew.

It's hard to think of a good platform for her, really, that wouldn't be hypocritical. Immigration would be a natural fit for her, as an immigrant, but she obviously can't touch that. Maybe the arts, as someone who workedi n fashion, but you don't get the sense that she likes/enjoys the arts (as Jackie K did). Laura Bush did literacy, but I don't sense she's much of a reader. Maybe something like youth sports would have been a good fit (she did seem very into that tennis pavilion...).

She’s not getting paid so she doesn’t have to do a GD thing IMO

Yep. I actively feel bad for her. I don’t think she’s in possession of her full faculties.

I guess she's paying room and board at the WH?

Are you serious with this nonsense take? A “perk”/necessity for the someone to be president is that his family gets to live in the White House. That still doesn’t mean the First Lady is on the payroll. Do you expect the kids to be scrubbing dishes, too?

She was neither elected nor hired - therefore any “work” she chooses to do is charity. It should NOT be expected. (Unless of course you’re a typical misogynist who thinks women should work for free.)

Yeah, and Michelle already did gardening/farmer's markets.

Is that picture real? It looks odd. She doesn't look well and is quite scary looking.

I do not claim to be a fashion expert, but I cannot get on board with the big plant dress.

I don’t think they survive the campaign. I think Don Jr is hanging by a thread honestly.
