Nothing wrong with off the shoulder dresses at the state banquets. If you pull up photos from past ones, there are plenty of examples of women wearing them as well as strapless. Showing a bit of cleavage is not verboten either as long as it is not extremely obvious.

I actually think she looks great in the yellow dress and the emerald earrings. The lavender sash is the only thing that throws it off. It's a Carolina Herrera gown.

I’d really like this dress if it had a ballerina neckline, just off the shoulders.

You can still see that schmear of makeup on Trump's hand from 10 miles away.

How does he keep it from rubbing off onto his white shirt?
