Prediction for APS tomorrow- Wednesday?

Capital Weather Gang just posted an update and it seems all but certain that they will close. Agreed that the timing is super tricky but it appears the heaviest snow fall will be during the commuting/opening hours. And, they are upping their predictions across the region. Can't imagine they take the risk to open at this point.

That is what I am thinking too. Wonder if OPM will grant a 2 hr delay?

I just happened upon their update from last night, which seemed to be downgrading the event due to “lack of available moisture.” Guess things changed again.
