I only know what Bavarois is from watching The Great British Baking Off. They have so many varied desserts. In America it's mostly just cakes, pies, and cookies. All very simply prepared. |

It all depends on the pecan/sugar ratio. I love pecan pie, but can’t take the kind with a thin layer of pecans on top of two inches of filling. |
