It's just very weird because typically the affair partner is a younger version of the wife. It makes you wonder if the first marriage was a total mismatch from the beginning, or if the dude had a stroke and 180 degree personality change. Hope the first wife is living her best life.

Something dawned on me last night after reading this thread.

This relationship can't be real. It's so bizarre how he went from a smart, class act wife to...this. She looks like a cartoonish trans parody, and he seems to have lost his mind.

Any chance this is all made up and he hired her to play a part? To what end I don't know. But maybe he has something in the works?

Just a thought. Maybe other minds can shoot this idea down or figure it out.

You're overthinking it. After a more cerebral and practical LT partnership, at mid life had wanted to be made to feel like a stud and have someone treat him like he's the hottest thing on the planet. No dummy, she plays her part well but it's not the kind of performance you're suggesting.

Eh. I think building a billion dollar company changes you. I think he wanted a flashier lifestyle and probably had a certain type of woman to have kids with. Lots of men view their children as extensions of themselves but don’t view their partners that way.
