2027 Girls Lacrosse

BLC>Pride>Stars. Will be the same after the Spring. Pride is closer to BLC than Stars is to Pride.

Reading ridiculous 2027 BLC parents' comments is my new favorite hobby! A friend sent me this thread to see what I thought. I binge-read every Pride sucks/Stars sucks/BLC awesome post last night. Pure gold!

"Everyone is terrible. We (by the way, not me, but my 13-year-old daughter and her friends) are awesome. I will make predictions about other little girls that are dire now - they will all suck. I am superior to anyone who is not me!"

Thank you. I have set up a notification so I can read them as soon as they're posted.

Someone over on the girls 2028 thread commented that Girl Moms are nuttier and more petty than Boy Moms. Reading this I have to agree. Fortunately, middle school are the worst years for girls (and their Moms) so hopefully semi sanity will return soon.

Does it matter??? Come mid-July...it will not matter.

So is it safe to say Capital replaces BLC in the rankings, while Pride and Stars get a little weaker next year?
Anonymous
Capital 27 should be really good once BLC (who is already good) gets some of the top Pride girls. Maybe one or two Stars girls makes the team? Doubt anymore than that.

I keep hearing that the BLC team looks different this year. New coaches and some girls are gone?
Anonymous
They play well as a team. Don’t really see any superstars.
Anonymous
Agreed. They have a very good goalie as well. That goes a LONG way…

I love you all. Thank you for comments

BLC and Pride parents get ready for the shock of your lives. KJ is one of the five people that evaluate and then pick the new Capital team each year. That’s why each year, at least one Stars Navy player makes Blue.

BL is obviously one of those people too, which is why he does the clinics and coaches with both BLC and Stars. So if you think ties will go to non-Stars and non-SSSA players I apologize in advance for your disappointment. I’m sure continuing to anonymously say your kids are awesome and her team is terrible will guarantee your kid a slot.

Good post! The Capital 26 team is a great example of that superb talent evaluation!

25 Blue team lost to Hero’s Green 18-1 their first game. Now they are the #1 team in the country, so I guess I trust their process.

I’m sorry your daughter didn’t make it.
