Do they still make the fruit turnonvers you bake?

LOVED that soup, was so sad when they stopped making it.

Anonymous wrote:For everyone who loves Stove Top, I have a recipe I’ve used for years from some church cookbook. It hits multiple requirements of this thread lol.

Place chicken breast/tenders (seasoned) in a baking dish and layer slices of Swiss cheese on top. (In a pinch, any meaty white cheese will do.) Mix a can of Campbell’s cream of whatever you like soup with 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can white wine (can sub chicken stock but do wine if you have it) and pour this sauce over it. Then top with dry Stove Top mix and a stick of melted butter poured on that. Put it in the oven on 375 for 35-40 minutes for thinner chicken breasts. Serve it over rice, or another side of Stove Top made per instructions. It is so good.

I'm going to omit the cheese, but we are in business. Thank you!

Oh my word, I haven’t had White Castle in at least 20 years. I’d consider going through a drive-thru next time I’m in the Midwest.

I grew up on Long Island and our White Castle is still there. Go Commack!

The package of beef flavored ramen was my guilty pleasure when I had covid. I really wanted oriental but my husband couldn't find it.

Also, I remember growing up my dad would have the xtra large tv dinner with the fried chicken. It was soo good.

Also, the stouffers french bread pizza. The one with extra cheese. How has this not come up yet????

Oh, I forgot about the Texas toast. So good. Also ramen.

I thought this thread was going to be more about stuff you make. Someone introduced me to that corn pudding made with jiffy cornbread mix in a crockpot and I would eat that every day.

Since no one mentioned it—the mama Celeste individual pizza. Yum. So terrible but so yum.
