The legitimate reason that the White House already gave was that Tesla’s workers are not unionized.

And yet the billions in EV credits they wanted to send out would be going to sales (majority Tesla without any doubt) that were unionized or not. Major fail from the Biden team.

Also Biden had no issue working with Amazon + Jeff Bezos to deliver the Covid vaccines via their transportation network in 2021. Guess which workforce is also not unionized?

By White House choice. I don't worship Musk. Don't own any of his vehicles. Too poor to get a ride in SpaceX or whatever its called. Do own stock but also in Ford. I just think it was a stupid boneheaded political move to insult the U.S. foremost billionaire who built multiple companies employing Americans in high-paying jobs from the ground up.

And it cost Biden that social build and obviously now Twitter + CNN.

The automakers were discussing getting to a goal that Tesla has already met. They didn’t need to be there.

Oh please. Biden blatantly disregarded the largest manufacturers of electric vehicles in the U.S. to prove a point. They weren't discussing a goal, they were discussing support of his bill which failed and which they were going to profit from.

Twitter is threatening a mass dilution event crushing stock prices, leaving them open to lawsuits by shareholders. Interesting tactic. Now there are whispers about the SEC and DOJ getting involved.

Why is censorship so important to Twitter that they would crush their own stock price? I think the answer lies in politics and collusion.
