I find Adrian and Chase’s classes (strength) to be repetitive. Rather than doing only 3 rounds of a circuit, they’ll do the same 3 exercise circuit like 8 times in a 10 min workout.

Running- Another Matt Wilpers fan. (Also really like his pre/post run stretches). When I’m looking for a low key strength work out, I’ll do his strength for runners. I also like Kristen Ferguson- high energy and chatty.

I also find Adrian’s classes very repetitive.

I find all of the male instructors classes to be repetitive so I tend to avoid them.

I think Ben’s are not- usually for a 20 min class 3 circuits, 2x each. Matty also has a few circuits in the mix and not repetitive.
I actually wonder if it’s the way many men work out with weights. They just want to do the same 3 simple exercises over and over again.

Follow up: I just tried her 30 min Tabata class and can confirm this post is correct. Tiny death fairy is accurate. ☠️

I have been pleasantly with Rebecca Kennedy’s standing core classes as of late. It’s the opposite of repetitive and a fun way to do core.

Which are Rebecca’s standing core classes? I’ll check them out.

All 10 min standing core with Rebecca. The first one (10/4) is one of my faves!

She's the one that got me into Peloton just using the app before I had the bike and I agree, she's gotten a little full of herself lately, but she still motivates me to work hard. Plus, I tend to gravitate toward her music. If I want a hard bike workout, I'll go for Tunde, Robin, Jess King, Kendall, and Alex. Even Alex's 10 min arms are a good workout--and Tunde's too of course. Kendall is awesome--not sure why she's not part of the cool girl Peloton group. I have this theory that she and Robin don't get along and that's why. I think she's the prettiest of them all and her workouts are hard. Love her style too. Cody is my go-to for fun rides. His rides tend to be easier, but I'll ride with him when I need to laugh or just take my mind off of working out. Emma Lovewell is kind of boring, but I love her 90's rides. Love Leanne--she not super tough, but her workouts are solid and I just love her positive energy. I like Jenn Sherman for certain musical choices--don't love her, but I like the fact that she doesn't make this look like a walk in the park and is legit working out hard with you at the same time. Jess Sims, Olivia, and Adrian are the toughest for strength. Cannot stand Andy Speer or Rebecca Kennedy (no wonder they're a couple, ugh). I haven't tried the bike with Olivia yet---have heard those are crazy hard. For running outside, my go-tos are still Robin and Jess Sims.

I nearly peed my pants taking Rebecca’s latest Halloween core strength class. I was like WTF. I just sat there and watched it like it was tv. Bad tv.

I heard her Disney class was in the same vein

Tunde is the hardest. Love her classes.

The best instructors- bike Matt (great teacher), tread- Becs (great teacher) and Marcel Dinkins (hilarious and makes the runs go by faster), strength- Jess (she really fires up my muscles) and runners ups are Rad, Adrian, Selena, and Emma for core. Bike Bootcamp- Tunde and Jess. Tread Bootcamp- Jess and Adrian. Yoga- Kristin and Dennis (old school yoga instructors). I sprinkle other instructors here and there but those above are my go-tos.

Nobody's rides are more consistently difficult than OA. Very demanding. I do most of them and when I do a ride with someone else I always feel like I could have worked harder

They're demanding for you because you respond to her style and follow her cues. I find her annoying AF and so I ignore her. One of Robin's Tabata classes, or Hannah F's HIIT and Hills, though, I'll work for.

I find Olivia very demanding. Why do you find her annoying? Just curious. I find a lot of the instructors annoying!

Was the Halloween class the same one that was Hunger Games themed? That one was ridiculous.

Olivia is demanding and not a lot of breaks or down time. You don't hear her say '2 minute flat road' very often. On top of that, she's incredibly attractive.

She used to consistently wear body glitter in her classes and earned the nickname "the glitter assassin" Her classes are very challenging.

I also find Olivia pretty annoying. I avoid her classes, but will work my tail off if Robin, Tunde or Hannah F tell me to. I don’t respond to the Wilpers/Alldis coaching style at all. I’m probably just not interested as much in true training or improvement, I just want to sweat.

Side note but did Olivia get work done? Her face looks really stretched and tight at the mouth.

Well I just got a high five from Bradley Rose mid ride and I was shocked at how quickly it put me into high gear hahaha. First time that has ever happened to me!

I find this so interesting. I don't have the bike but do their HITT workouts and Olivia's are by far the worst IMO. They're not hard at all.
