[/quote] I find all of the male instructors classes to be repetitive so I tend to avoid them.[/quote] I think Ben’s are not- usually for a 20 min class 3 circuits, 2x each. Matty also has a few circuits in the mix and not repetitive. I actually wonder if it’s the way many men work out with weights. They just want to do the same 3 simple exercises over and over again.
