it's been like this for years at Harvard and elsewhere. you probably have already been operated on by a surgeon or represented by a lawyer who fits that description. you just didn't know.



My kid's orthopedic surgeon (who has a waiting list of patients and went to one of the best medical schools in the country) was a recruited athlete in college. In fact, many surgeons were college athletes (athletes are disproportionately represented in surgery). I bet that makes the original PP steaming mad and I look forward to the temper tantrum.
