Anonymous wrote:Pitt already offered to provide documents detailing the plane trip, but Jolie rejected this compromise in favour of seeing his private communications with third parties about the incident. This is after she was ordered to release her NDAS. She’ll get some but not all she wanted. Private texts with friends, family I guess. His therapy or attorney conversations, no. I’m sure her attorney/PR agent will leak those.

How is that a compromise when she already has documents about the plane and that's straight up not what she asked for? He can always retract information and have the judge decided if it's appropriate or not later.

Its like i am psychic LOL. Though parts of this article is wrong. It's a further to compel. In the court stuff she gave him the docs and the emails where her lawyer is CC in was heavily retracted. I guess Brad can attempt that and later have the judge decide later on. Though I see this case wrapping up very shortly after Brad lost that motion.

Actually he filed it Friday before the hearing. I don't think he was anticipating all of her discovery requests would granted. Brutal checkmate dude. Conversations about the abuse, fbi, his drug testing. discovery always gets them.

ALL of them weren’t. She won’t see anything from his therapy appmts nor his atty consultations.

Yes ALL of them was granted.

“These include emails, texts and other written communications, but nothing between him and his attorneys or therapists.”

She didn't ask for communications between his attorneys or therapists. She wanted communications of his drug testing and sessions when he talked about it with other people. The exact requests and order is online.

Of course she did. Why wouldn’t she? Atty and therapy info was always mentioned. And again when the ruling came down.

No she did. These documents are all available. She asked for his communications about the sessions with other people. Not the actual therapist.

Wow. Pitt is a full of shiit. He terrorized his family for hours. Angelina wasn’t the one who reported him. It was an unbiased third-party. FBI found probable cause to charge and arrest. I wonder why the AUSA decided not to take the matter before a grand jury. Celebrity privilege I imagine. It was not the first time he physically assaulted Angelina, but the first time he physically assaulted one of the children. I guess that was a road too far for her.

People say she alienated her children from Brad. Wrong. He alienated himself rim his children. They were eye witnesses to his abuse and behavior, as some tried to protect their mother from the father.

This was all in the FBI report, nothing new. No-one is denying he was a total a-hole that day. He needed treatment for his alcoholism and got it, apparently was not abusive to the kids before that awful incident. I don't blame Jolie for divorcing him, but still don't think he deserved to be cut out of the kids' lives once he got clean.

It’s up to them, if they’re adults.

They've been brainwashed by a vindictive mother who insists on playing the victim years later. Is that not clear?

Children aren’t blind. Children aren’t deaf. They heard and saw things and made decisions independently of the adults. They have seen their mother fighting a battle against their father for years, and seeing the tolls it took in her would have made the sons, at the very least, dislike and disassociate from their father. I’m sure the older children shared their experiences and observations with the younger children. Brad alienated himself from his children, and in return, the children cut him out.

And Brad is continuing with the same approach and as each child aged, they began to see in Brad what the older children saw in him. He was someone who caused and continued to cause harm to their mother to whom they all loved and wanted to protect.

Brad Pitt is never going to f3ck you. Is that not clear? You just sound pathetic.

You don’t just wake up one day and have a bad day. There must have been a history of this behavior.

+1

Also, alcohol doesn’t make you abusive. Someone can get clean and they will still be abusive, although it may manifest in a different way. You have to do work for addiction and work for abuse. The way Brad Pitt has used the courts and finances to continue to torment the mother of his children is exactly what well off abusers do when they no longer have physical access to their victims. The LA courts have been very hostile to protecting mothers. The fact that she’s had the custody she did tells you a lot.

He will absolutely settle now. I read on twitter they had previous settlement talks between his lawyer, Angelina's lawyer and Jon Liebman. The Jon Liebman thats the CEO of Brad's talent agency. Why would he be involved in settlement talks about the divorce and winery? Now that she will have access to their communications, they'll kill him before letting a jury, the judge, and the public read.

This is nothing new and is her account. Her fans have been posting this for years. This is not from the FBI
