I see people with huge water bottles at work, out in public, on road trips. How do you manage to drink it all without making multiple restroom trips?
|
| We make multiple bathroom trips. |
|
You don't need to drink a ton of water. That advice has been debunked.
I apparently have an iron bladder and can hold it for long periods of time. Some people can't. |
| I pee every 1.5 hours or so. |
| If I’m home I pee about every two hours. If I’m out, every 4-5. |
| Excellent bladder control. Also I'm not 100 years old *eyeroll* |
|
I pee a lot and I don’t think I even drink that much. Tiny bladder.
|
| I went to the bathroom 4 times at work today. I am a teacher, a middle aged woman and use it quickly. |
| I do go to the bathroom all the time. |
Me too. Sometimes 15x a day. |
| I'm a nurse. I've trained my bladder. I drank 2-3L in my last shift and didn't pee for 10 hrs. It's also part psychological for me. If I know there are bathrooms easily available, I can go a long time. If I think a bathroom will be difficult to access or I'm at a play or something, I swear my brain makes me think I have to go every 30 min. |
It depends. If you are prone to kidney stones you need to drink quite a bit. |
| You pee a lot in the beginning but your body adjusts and holds it. |
| I drink a bunch in the morning, then a bunch at lunch and taper off from there rather than constantly sipping. |
|
I pee a lot at home and not too often at work regardless of how much I drink. It's like my bladder knows I'm at work and bothers me less.
I don't drink while on walks outside. I don't own a water bottle. |
