So the ED admit rate for TJ was LOWER than the overall in state ED admit rate of 25 percent? I find that hard to believe.

1. uvas expectation for TJ kids are higher compared to average hs
2. a good chunk of the competent TJ kids egos are too high to go binding to UVA

Around 70% of the class applied early, and around 20% of the class was accepted.

These numbers don’t even include regular decision. A lot of TJ kids apply to UVA
