What about Tuesday Feb 24?

Delay or closed? Upper county getting more. One decision for the entire county.

Closed. Because upper Montgomery.

And then we all descend on headquarters in Rockville and demand they reopen

Probably a delay or closure depends on up county and them being able to clear the roads. No one pre- treated the roads so it could be bad Tuesday.

I don't think there's ever been an on time opening the day after a closure. My oldest child is in college, so I've been paying attention for many years, and I don't remember that ever happening. Delay on Tuesday at least.

This is heavy snow, different than last month's storm. They will need time to clean up schools

2 hour delay.

Not sure there was more snow north with this one. It was a coastal storm affecting the East Hoping for a full day tomorrow. My road was treated last night and no issues today.

+1. Especially with a code red, admin offices closure. At best admin offices will open tomorrow- maybe. They need to prioritize getting the parking lots cleared for CO staff.

I've been outside and this is way easier to shovel than the thick ice layer from a few weeks ago!!

Code Red seems to be the default this winter. This would never have been directed in the past

There is barely an inch here in Bethesda. Could have had normal school today.

In fairness I beleive there is more elsewhere, but there was no need for "code red."

The laws of physics have changed since the end of January such that it is quite impossible to open offices or child care if a single school bus cannot navigate its route.
