do people still use condoms?

DH here, married 20 years. Vasectomy years ago. It's hard to imagine using a condom, it has been so long. I recall how awkward they were.
Do couples dating and having sex still use them or are other forms of birth control more common these days? |

| My husband refuses to get a vasectomy (which he said he would do 17 years ago) so we're using them. I'm 52, still getting periods, and done with having the burden on me. So it's condoms or abstinence. |
