What about this Friday?

Why don't they call it already? This stuff is not melting.

Should be a Code Orange.

The only question to me is what color the code will be. Having seen the cleanup throughout the county thus far, there is zero chance of school on Friday.

School off, but I certainly hope they allow aftercare providers to offer care and expect central office to work remotely.

Yes, why don't we just stay home til March because it's impossible to go to school if there's any snow or ice on the ground. And while we're at it, let's cancel school for the winter and have school for July and August instead

Are they really going to wait til tmrw at 4 to call it?

Nah it'll be too hot for students to have recess outside. Obviously

They should announce it tonight. Let families have more time to prep.

There is an elementary school two houses down from me that as of noon appeared untouched in terms of snow removal. Seems to be a very slow removal process.

Don't you have better things to do than continually complain and post in every single thread? You arent adding anything unique or different, you're just whining.

Oh shut up already.

Your brain is too small to understand the difference between ice and snow??

Two houses down? And you're just sitting there looking at the untouched stuff? Grab a shovel and some neighbors and go dig. Go.

No way. Even if your neighborhood is clear down to the pavement, staff don’t live there. If staff can’t get in, there’s no one to supervise your kids.
