Hayfield Investigation Report

The school board currently has a copy of the investigative report from Hayfield Football. There appears to be confirmed evidence of a cover-up by superintendent Reid and assistant superintendent Boyd. When will this be released to the public or will they try to hide it?

Obviously they'll cover-up the cover-up. Otherwise they'll have to explain just why they extended Reid's contract instead of firing her for cause.

I doubt the inside source but the question remains - where is this report? It’s long overdue and Reid made such a colossal mess with the whole situation that many are interested in its findings.

This is important. MO for those in charge for past few decades (at every level and regardless of political affiliation) has been to claim they're "investigating" and then wait for the inevitable short attention span of public to move on to something else. Thus, no one ever gets held accountable for anything.

While this doesn't rise to "Pentagon Papers" level of importance, it's critical to start holding public officials accountable for their decisions and actions and not let them hide behind paperwork, "privacy" concerns and miniscule public attention spans. Only thing that will get this report released is good old public pressure - keep up the good work!

I can second that the report has been turned over to the school board and that they are deciding what to do with it. From what I’ve been told the fish did rot from the head down.
