Hi, Apparently the federal government is trying to take control of parks and land that they have leased/given to DC. This article is about the golf course in Rock Creek but there is also a plan to give Carter Barron to Mark Ein (RFK developer) to redevelop Carter Barron tennis courts. Other parks, such as Anacostia, are also at risk. |
| Doesn't he have anything legitimate to do? He's the ultimate loafer president who only cares about gold courses and ballrooms. What a loser he is. |
GOLF courses. |
| Shouldn't he be stopping more wars? |
| There's no grift they won't try, nothing they won't exploit and steal. It's disgusting. |
3 more years of this garbage...let me rephrase that: at least three more years... |
It's way past day one |
I think you were right the first time. Gold golf courses… |
| Trump is a thief trying to loot all the taxpayer assets. |

Trump admin praises "beautification" efforts while dumping waste from the "ballroom" right onto the golf course.
Meanwhile has anyone else noticed that the DOT has stopped cleaing up trash along the highways? 95 looks like a throw back to the early 70s with trash and debris from crashes all over the the place. One windy day and there is going to be a lot of damage from flying objects. Did DOGE fire half of the DOT staff and cancel the maintenance leases? |
| I heard Trump is changing the name of 16th st nw to Donald J. Trump Boulevard. |
| I'm sorry, but if you believe anything the WaPo says anymore, you have lost your way. Try reading the Wall Street Journal and other sources. |
The WSJ? Hey lost all credibility with Gaza. |

Sign this petition if you are interested in slowing the transfer of land to mark ein on March 1st 202. Let’s ensure that rules are followed and that development enhances the lives of all residents instead of focusing on the needs of a once a year tennis tournament

| About 400 people have signed so far but we need way more. Again, this is about slowing down the process and getting community input. And BTW, THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE A POOL!!! there isn't enough money to build one. The idea had been considered by the city but the council rejected the funding needed for a feasibility study. I suppose the developer could put one in but I doubt it due to cost. No way to make money off a pool |
