This is after she was ordered to release her NDAS. She’ll get some but not all she wanted. Private texts with friends, family I guess. His therapy or attorney conversations, no. How is that a compromise when she already has documents about the plane and that's straight up not what she asked for? He can always retract information and have the judge decided if it's appropriate or not later.

I guess Brad can attempt that and later have the judge decide later on. Though I see this case wrapping up very shortly after Brad lost that motion.

On what grounds could she possibly withhold all the e-mails that didn't involve her lawyers? She's completely full of it. They would make crystal clear the NDA pretext was false.

The lawyer was CC in the conversations. The judge will have to decide on at least seal it.
