Metro United

MU parents get defensive, plain and simple.

Kudos to the folks posting the 03 & 05 results. I for one and cheering for MU to have a good season in all age groups. We know a lot of parents and players over there.

Richmond's first game is tomorrow vs Longwood @ 4pm. Go Spiders.

Wrong answer dude. They had an exhibition match against UNC -Wilmington last weekend, but I can't find the result anywhere! What are they hiding?? I assume they must have gotten crushed since nobody will tell me the score. Are they even going to have a team this year??

I demand to know that score immediately!

MU doesn’t have an 07 team so asking if they’re going to have a team in every age group is a good question. You’re also very quick to boast the few positive results you get. Compare yourselves to a college program though. Makes sense.

I'm so confused. You seem pretty plugged into the soccer scene though. Can you help me understand why Richmond wouldn't post the score of their exhibition game?

Richmond people aren't on a DC/md/va board

And even if they were, nobody cares about exhibition games...

Wait until metro wins an exhibition...

uh ok ?

Have they scrimmaged anyone this preseason?
If so, what were the results?
What was their record last year?
Have they picked up any new players?

Local parents interested in the results

Thanks in advance

Why are VDA and MU parents so secretive about results of scrimmages?

Then get aggressive about it?

While I'm sure your daughters team beating another team 12-2 in a scrimmage is the highlight of your life. The majority of us find it sad and meaningless.

You're probabley the same guy that gets hype during the Redskins preseason as well just to be disappointed by the end of the season.

A couple of preseason wins and were going to the Superbowl, right.

Not hyped at all. I was asked and answered. The response now is it is 'the highlight of my life'. If you don't want to know, don't ask.

Geez.

I won't respond to any information that may identify my child. Sorry.

Scrimmage results don't do that so, you can have those all day.
