| I make pumpkin cookies which will have a maple glaze. Need another dessert and don’t want lots of steps. Would love to make the cranberry curd tart in NY times but don’t have time. What are your family’s easy favorites? |

I make this Real Simple chocolate cream pie every year. I use cool whip for the topping and sometimes use Oreo crust, sometimes graham cracker crust. It is heaven and I have to make two for my family. No bake, just refrigerate:

| Our easy favorites are bought from bakeries. |
| Apple crisp. Much quicker and easier than apple pie. |

They’re not particularly associated with Thanksgiving, but Seven Layer Cookies are delicious and about as easy as you can get.
Seven-Layer Cookies: Spread in 9 x 13 pan: 1. 1 stick melted margarine 2. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3. 1 pkg. (12 oz) chocolate chips 4. 1 pkg. (12 oz) butterscotch chips 5. 1 cup coconut 6. 1 cup chopped walnuts 7. 1 can sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand) (14 oz) Bake at 350 degrees F 25-30 minutes (until top starts to turn golden). Cut into squares. Cool and chill. |
| The second the 7 Layer Cookies ^^ Super easy and everyone loves them. They are very rich so cut into small squares. |

Or a galette. Just use store bought pie crust (Trader Joe's or Dufour). |
Agreed. Apples on store bought puff pastry are also stupid easy and tasty. https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a8881/quick-easy-and-yummy-apple-tart/ |

Cherry pie!
Store bought pie dough, can of cherry filling, brush top with egg or milk and sprinkle on sugar. Whip up some heavt cream for a topping. Easier than going to a bakery to pick one up. |
