Brad is obssessed.

She’s the obsessed one.

Brad wants her back.

Nah, he’s done with her. He filed for the birfucated divorce. That’s not the sign of someone holding out hope. His children he wants. The business he built he wants. Her crazy? Nah. I know you think all the world sees her as some goddess like you do, but it’s just not the case.

That line in Bullet Train says it all.

Maybe there were too many kids too fast (of course there were too many kids too fast) but he loved them and parented them until he was shut out.

I don’t believe for a second he was shut out. He’s worth half a billion dollars. He could have pursued the custody case for as long as he’s pursued the wine one. He doesn’t care.

Her fought for five years and managed to get joint custody finally. Saint Jolie continued to fight him on joint, this man she lavished praise on all those years, was successful in getting the judge thus the ruling dropped. He then went to the state supreme ct to get the 1st ruling upheld. By then the kids were older, likely truculent, as teens can be, and maybe didnt want to see him. Score one for Saint. Should he have forced them? He tried with the older kids when they first split but maybe he learned that at some point you have to let them figure it out. It’s not about money. Many parents in this situation do this. But you can’t see that point of view because he has to be a villain so have at it.

Many parents in this situation do this because of limited resources. Many rich people do not. Much easier to rebuild the relationship down the line when you can show that you never gave up. Like Alec Baldwin did for example.

But also….no one forced him to use the extremely corrupt private judge system or fail to disclose an additional 2 matters they were involved with! He could have quite easily gone through the regular system if he were dissatisfied but again did not care.

You make it sound like she had no choice in the matter (always the victim, of course), like Pitt just pulled this “extremely corrupt judge” out of his ass when he actually was a) agreed upon by both of them b) the one who married them in LA and in France c) the judge whose business dealings with his attorney was something she was already aware of. He didn’t become a problem for her until she got reprimanded for alienation and then course the joint custody ruling. Right after that ruling, 5 years after the separation, is when he suddenly became corrupt. Oh, and she also tried to discredit and remove a child psychologist who worked with the kids too. But sure, she’s completely innocent in all matters and in all ways, that Angie. If only we could all be as pure and innocent as her.

This is wrong as she asked before the trial ever started for the judge to removed. You can keep ignoring it but it's still true.

Not true. He was already their judge for several years. Her other issue with him is that he wouldn’t allow the the kids to testify. She desperately wanted this. He took their statements as well as those from doctors and others who spent time with the kids but that wasn’t enough. She wanted them on the stand in court.

Angie poisoned their kids against him. Some are old enough to reconnect but haven’t. That’s their choice.

Angelina Jolie is a cautionary tale on many levels. I wonder who will handle the kids’ trusts after she is gone? Her weirdo brother?

He was a pothead, alcoholic, with a bad temper. She and the kids saw all that. They all had enough and gave him the boot. Now the kids are grown it's up to them.

And Angelina? She is a personality disordered person who dabbled in drugs, loved knives, self-harmed, was suicidal and depressed, drank blood and made out with her brother. Most people with personality disorders stablize somewhat as they age and she seems to have done the same but her kids also had a lot to deal with growing up with her as their mother. Given all her mental health issues, they may feel they need to be very loyal and protective to keep her alive. She has talked about being very down and in a rough patch and feeling out of balance in recent years. They might not yet realize that taking on her well-being as their role and responsiblity isn't healthy for them.

Agree with all of this. How many times has she referred to them taking care of her? Most recently on the set of Maria. I feel very sorry for those kids.

Yes, she's admitted her past, we saw it. After having all the kids she changed, Brad didn't. Therein lies the difference.

Nope. The mental illness is still readily apparent.

But why is she feeling bad? Does she miss Brad? Does she only feel bad to present herself as a victim and manipulate kids? Why is she depressed, over what exactly? She can’t cope with divorce or what?

They BOTH agreed to use the judge. I’m sure she knew of he judges work with Brad and willing to bet she too had work with him. She just objected when she lost.

The judge also agreed to abide by his rules. She objected before the trial ever started

Trial started in 2018, she objected in 2019 after the judges custody ruling.

The trial idn't start in 2018. It was not ongoing for 3 years  Brad asked for modification in 2020 and the trial started the same year. She asked for him to be removed before it ever started.

“In April 2019, a judge ruled that Jolie and Pitt could go back to being legally single before finalizing their divorce settlement. Known as bifurcation, the move meant both actors could engage in other relationships and even get married.”

“The move came after complicated divorce proceedings as the two battled over custody and finances, including a June 2018 ruling that outlined a detailed schedule for Pitt to spend time with the children, apart from Maddox, who was a legal adult by then.”

Since there was a RULING in 2018, you are wrong.

I've always thought this because why wouldn't he go back and get more time with the younger two. He would have had almost 4 years of more contact to rebuild their relationship. Now it's worst then ever yet he's trying very hard to show he's happy. He's not the first man who could care less about their kids. Wouldn't be the last

He gets time with the kids just not 50/50. Kids are old enough now to be where they want to be and with who. No point in fighting it anymore.

Actually there was a stipulation then judgement. Thats why he had to file the modification change in the first place. It was NOT continuous trial.

When the youngest daughter was in NYC for Outsiders, there was a stipulation granting permission for that and stating regular visitation with Knox would continue. He still sees the twins at least, though irregularly now that he's filming I presume.

Yes, she's admitted her past, we saw it. After having all the kids she changed, Brad didn't. Therein lies the difference.

Nope. The mental illness is still readily apparent.

So very apparent. I love how she’s the only one who is allowed to admit her past and grow or change. He admits his past, gets help, works and gets on with life, but he’s still the devil.

He is. U are welcome.

Of course he is Angeloonie. Not surprising she’s your cult leader. You clearly have a lot in common. 🤪
