I don’t think Democrats fully understand that the only way that the American public will absolve them is through a major and humiliating public penance. Like Tammy Fae Baker, Obama’s race speech or Trumps hush money conviction.

You ain’t gonna come back unless you get humbled first. Democrats are even yet ready to admit they messed up. So it’s going to take a while for them to understand what they’ve gotta do to start winning again.

Absolved for what exactly? For doing a legal pardon that all presidents do? Yes, promised he wouldn't blah blah blah, who cares? I truly don't care, and I didn't care when Trump pardoned the idiots he pardoned either. It's a perk of being the president and we'd all do it if we could for our children. I can't believe this is an issue. The fact that Biden has zero faith in the DOJ moving forward is just smart.
