GA-Aspire - travel distance?

For those following this more closely than I am, how far will GA-Aspire teams travel for games compared to, say, teams playing in EDP?
I can see the upside of joining a league that offers a path to Girls Academy, but also some downsides for families who really aren't keen to travel beyond Maryland, Virginia and occasionally Delaware for league games. |

I am not sure this has been fully advertised/confirmed yet but I would guess it would be more like the difference between ECNL and ECRL and GA Aspire will not be as far to travel. I believe the regions are being rewritten by GA right now though. |

| It should be about the same, maybe VA beach. Don't think divisions have been released so hard to tell at this moment. |

| Our club opted is newly MLSN/GA but we opted against Aspire -- for the moment -- because the travel would be much farther. We may join next year if more teams in our region do as well. |

This is the part some goldding clubs are quiet about. Having to play in Delaware or north MD but hey at least you have nice fields!!!! |

Probably not due to different HS schedules. There appears to be plenty of VA only GA Aspire clubs for its own division. |

So what are the local non-VA Aspire teams? Potomac PPA Armour 2? Celtic 2? Anyone else before you go up to PA/NJ? |

| They haven't released that info yet. But, my take is that it will be the same locations that are in the current mid atlantic region as possibilities. I would just think that most of the current GA clubs will have a GA2 and have already had one unofficially all along. Now they will play each other instead of whatever league they've had. I don't know why they would have different regions for GA1 and GA2. There would potentially be more teams in GA2, but in the same region. I am basing this on nothing official though since nothing has been released. |

GA2 teams have mostly played EDP which can really vary with travel time, hopefully GA-A is not as bad and is more like RL. |
