My girlfriend quietly collected her things and left without a word during an argument

This has never happened before with us. We were arguing, and admittedly it got kind of heated. She had left to back home and get some things before we went out for the night and she came back. We got into an argument not too long after she got back/before we were going to go out. She went into the bedroom got her backpack, walked past me, put on her shoes and then left without a word.

We haven’t spoken today and she’s never walked out before….

I’m married and have two kids. But I walked away from a guy who threw a glass near me and screamed at me. I left everything behind; we didn’t live together, but I had clothes, shoes, toiletries and CDs at his place. BYE.
