Is anyone watching? Finding it just okay so far. They went with that sort of darker cinematography and it makes everything sort of drab and a little depressing, without being full on drama/thriller.

Watched the first episode. Kind of surprised that Amanda Peete has aged so much.

I thought this thread would be about the 90s Ben Stiller movie of the same name, which was awful.
At what point does a movie name "expire" such that you can reuse it?

I've always found her lovely.

I thought the same thing! that movie was awful. I got free tickets from my college and somehow at this free screening, there was some senior citizen group. I was worried it was finding it's way back....

I just think she isn’t the botoxed rich lady that Jon Hamm’s character would be married to.

You can’t copyright a title. You can trademark it but that’s more for a series name (Star Wars) than for an individual title.

Idk, it’s an NYC rich old money suburb vibe which is exactly Amanda Pete’s background irl. These ladies are often pretty natural with normal looks.

I love her but I thought the same. She’s really aged. She’s still stunning but I specifically noticed the aging. Which makes sense because I’m in my low 50’s and I’m thinking this is the time in life when people really start to look older.

It’s the dull no makeup look they went with. I saw videos of her from just a month ago and she looks great. She just needs bright lip color and a bit of mascara.

I actually was thinking how good she looked and that I appreciated that she hasn't gotten obvious work. She looks like a beautiful, natural looking woman in her late 40's/early 50's. I'm sure she probably gets the best skin care and has had minor stuff done but it's subtle.

As with all of us as we have aged, how good/bad she looks depends on the lighting.

It’s entertaining with good performances and production value. I think Amanda Peet looks great!

She’s 53, isn’t she? So yeah, she’s aged - literally. Why is that surprising?
