With the caveat that of course every class has at least a few “challenging” personalities, let’s offer a positive alternative to the other thread. Which all-girls schools do a good job at avoiding “mean girl” problems?
Use this space to give props to your school instead of bashing its rivals. If you really need to get something off your chest, the other thread is always there for you. |
Madeira 100% |
Madeira. Friends shift; groups change; people get upset with other people; people find new close friendships. You know, like life. But there isn't a "ruling" class or popular crowd that determines the social scene, and everyone finds a friend group that fits.

+1 for Madeira. It’s been a great fit for my daughter. I agree completely with the post above, describes the school really well. |
Wellesley College |
We haven’t had it at NCS. I think it’s class specific. |
GDS does not fit this criteria |
Holy Child |
No one suggested it did. |
Not sidwell, that’s for sure! |
Stone Ridge |
Public School where there's something for everyone! |
Madeira. Accepting of all sorts of different kids. Not clicquey. Girls look to lift each other up. Has been an incredible experience for my kid. |
False!! Maybe grade specific and hopefully it’s better in high school when the grades get bigger. |
Or your kid is one of them. |
