If you haven’t had one, your dd has been cut.
Ignore that nonsense. Don't get wrapped up in the dates on some slide. Things happen that timelines to slip. Any PM can tell you that. Cold weather and shortened practices dont help. VRSC is one of the few clubs that do actual evaluations so be happy that they do them.
If you're honestly worried your DC won't stay on the top team, then look elsewhere; otherwise, let it play out. With a few exceptions, every current player will get rostered.
So - VRSC admin office can reply to this post but can't tell us in an official communication.
Commitments can be broken, open season until you sign a “contract” and put money down. Just like college
I dont work for VRSC. Just a parent with a DC that has no plans to leave the club. I've already heard from other parents that are too impatient and accepting offers at other clubs because VRSC is taking longer to issue offers. It’s too bad because some of the kids are really good and i dont like that the team will be breaking up.
I know it's also a game every tryout season too. There are many parents who will accept offers at multiple clubs because they dont care if they lose the deposit. I know one family that lost close to $1k doing that. I cant afford to do that.
