In Florida you can get arrested for swimming when the red flags are up. The life guards do not want to drown while saving your stupid drunk self. In the DR they don't care.

Is this list just for this resort in Punta Cana? All of DR? What about Ocean City, MD? Or Blackburg, VA?

But in Florida you can be shot dead if you make a u turn in a driveway you don't own when you accidentally make a wrong turn.

But in Florida you can be shot dead if you make a u turn in a driveway you don't own when you accidentally make a wrong turn.

And even if the "owner" mistakes your house for his - shooting dead by mistake is just fine too.

This is not rare at all. Water is very dangerous and when you combine water and alcohol - it is like drinking and driving.

He alone is a named person of interest. He alone had his passport taken. He is being monitored in a hotel room by LE, basically house arrest.
