| Who has the best one? No time to make one for tomorrow’s luncheon |
| WF is pretty good. |
| Wegmans is pretty good |
|
I really like Wegmans' version too.
|
| Costco has a two pack |
| It's so easy to make at home. The only one I've had from a supermarket is from Balducci's (SIL served at brunch, ugh) and it's just no good. Quiche is just a simple pie crust, pre-bake a little if you like, some whole milk, half and half, or cream and eggs. Add cheese/meat/veg. Bake. It's that easy. |
I cannot stand store bought crust. If I’m short on and can’t manage to make a crust, I just a crustless quiche or frittata in a cast iron pan. |
It's TERRIBLE |
| The Whole Foods quiche Lorraine is fine. |
It’s delicious. Had it yesterday for lunch and another one last month for dinner. |
Yes, I know, but as I mentioned, I don't have time to make one today. I don't have all the ingredients and have a busy work day up until they come over. |
| Thanks for calling out the terrible ones, folks! I heard the Wegmans ones are good but they are smaller than other stores. |
+1 |
Not that good and it's crust is soggy and definitely doesn't seem homemade. I do feed this to my family though. It's La Terra Fina brand and you can get it at Safeway too. |
| I pretty much love all store bought quiche OP. And I make excellent homemade. Grab a pack of fancy shredded cheese and add some cheese when you heat them. Can't go wrong with more cheese. |
