Grocery store quiche?

What is with the people who refuse to grasp the concept of "Don't have time to make X"?

And I ask this as someone who doesn't eat storebought piecrust but is familiar with not having time to do more than shove something in the oven to cook while I do other things

Bought a quiche at Giant once and will never buy one again. It looked totally normal but tasted like blood. 🤢

Why insist on serving something you don't have time to prepare when there are fresh and simple alternatives?

If I don't have time to make X, I don't serve guests store bought crap X. I serve my guests something fresh and simple.

I assume OP signed up/was signed up for something ages ago

The best easily available one is the the Quiche Florentine from le Madeleine since it is baked fresh in-house. They also have a Quiche Lorraine.

A bit salty, but fine. I agree with a PP that store bought crust is never great.

Let's assume that's the case. - I seriously doubt OP planned to host a quiche party ages ago, and is just now realizing they need to prepare a quiche. But let's assume that's the case. - Pivot and change the menu to something other than grocery store piecrust (which you and I agree is inedible).
