Cheese.

Do I like cheese? Sometimes! But I know some - including one of my kids - who goes absolutely apesh*t over cheese and I just don’t get it.

I enjoy cheese in an omelette, maybe some feta in a salad, some goat cheese on a cracker, but if I never had cheese again I really wouldn’t be affected.

Yogurt in the United States.

It’s mostly a low fat sugar bomb imitation of yogurt with no flavor. Tofurkey resembles turkey more than American yogurt resembles actual yogurt. (Greek yogurt in the US is only marginally better, but again it’s a like a discussion of which tufurkey is best. None of it is good, and I would prefer not to eat it.)

Burrata. It’s just a very wet fresh mozzarella.

Shrimp

I like seafood and will eat shrimp if it’s in a dish but I’ve never had a craving for it

Steak. I’m not vegetarian but steak doesn’t appeal to me.
