What food do most people love or obsess over that you could go the rest of your life without having?

I love full fat, fruit on the bottom yogurt. Yes I know it’s got a lot of sugar, no I don’t care. Greek, Icelandic and plain yogurts all taste horribly bitter/sour to me.

First thought I had was ice cream so it’s funny that was yours too, OP

The other thing is deviled eggs. I always feel like when I am with a group, people get all excited if deviled eggs are available. I find them so unappetizing

I don’t hate it or anything. I just don’t love it.

Yes! My DH went through a period of trying to buy me fancy chocolates, and I finally had to tell him he was basically buying them for himself.

I was just in a touristy beach town with a very expensive candy shop known for its fudge. I got a strawberries and cream fudge, lol, and skipped the chocolate.

I wonder if the sour just hits some people stronger. I love the tart frozen yogurts too at the yogurt shops everything else is way too sweet.

I don't like food that gets excessively handled by people. Deviled eggs are like this so are those cake balls that get rolled in peoples hands.

Ice cream has never done anything for me. Love cookies and cake, though.

"Most people" have not had, and will not ever have, caviar and foie gras, much less love it.
