Definitely not going to be broadcast and I’ve heard that phones and cameras and stuff aren’t even allowed in the courtroom. Jill is apparently on the list of potential witnesses. If the judge allows the issue into the current case, I guess she will be testifying for the prosecution about what Josh did to her and her sisters to help establish that he has a long history of being a disgusting pedophile prior to CP being found on his computer. What an incredibly brave thing to do. I hope she is given a chance by the judge to tell her story if she wishes and hold her brother accountable for what he did to her, because heaven knows her parents failed her utterly.

I thought the leader of their cult was already in jail for similar. Maybe Josh was one of the leader's victims.

I’m no defender of josh but he was underage (12 yrs old the first time) when he first did what he did to his sisters. He was a child and I think his parents and church community clearly failed him when he asked for help. Now this is no surprise. I find that sad.
