I could think of five quick scenarios where they may not call right away. Elder abuse is common and they could easily be charged with it in a variety of circumstances.

Medication mix-up, medication abuse, forcing mom’s hand at giving money, mom threatens to tell other siblings of what’s happening.

Elder abuse caught on tape, maybe the front porch camera. Mom starts bleeding. They bug out in fear and the situation spirals.

Sister and BIL are afraid. Police bring in other siblings to be recorded on camera to reassure them that the heat is not on them. Hold hands, comfort each other, etc…

There are quite a few accidental scenarios that could fit. Add to this random random letters no one was expecting…

This actually makes sense. Also pacemaker no longer syncs at 2am could just be the time she was moved out of the house. She could have died earlier when they drove her home and they came back to remove her afterwards.

We are just seeing glimpses of all of this. I’m sure sister/BIL alibis and stories have blown up and can’t be kept straight. Law enforcement was prob just waiting on forensics and more solid evidence.

Hate it if this is true. Poor Savannah to have to live with losing her mom along with this being done by a hand if family she thought was there helping out

Could have slipped something in her food to disorient her or put her to sleep.

I'm going back to original theory: It's a sophisticated gang of foreign criminals and Savannah's mother was specifically targeted. Why, I don't know. But I don't think it's about money.

Sophisticated gangs of international criminals don’t change ransom dates and not provide a way to exchange money for the person being held.

I think the family member involved got lucky. The police dropped the ball and the FBI we have today is not the same as pre-Trump.

You're assuming the ransom notes are real. Even the FBI hasn't confirmed that yet. I'm not sure that they are.

Is Annie's daughter with the Italian guy or a previous relationship. Is Annie married or is this a partner? How long have they been together?

I agree it's most likely either foreign group or a crime of passion. You would have to be mentally ill or cognitively impaired to think this would work in the US. Now maybe if the gambling debts were true along with perhaps a form of addiction that impairs judgment I could believe it was financial.

Maybe Annie's husband is jealous of the time and attention lavished on his mother in law and not on him so he eliminated his rival for her affection.

It was reported he had gambling debts and an older child in Italy. He also felt Nancy was a burden and was ignored by Savannah after contacting her multiple times.

I haven't seen this anywhere reputable. Can you provide a link? They were just all together in Christmas PJs in December. I would think if he was asking her to pay off debt, he would not be invited.

If he found Nancy to be a burden then why move closer to her? Why drive her home when she is capable of Uber? They could have moved and hired someone to manage care if she didn't want to go into AL.

That PP is just spreading rumors. The Sheriff warned against this on Thursday. He said unfounded internet rumors can ruin lives. He's not wrong.

No, the data on the apple watch shows the pacemaker was working = she was alive until around 2am.
