What are you having for dinner tonight?

I'm having leftovers. A "bean bake" I made following a Cooking the Books Youtube channel video recipe. It's bisquick, mixed with refried beens, salsa, and can of green chiles, topped with salsa and cheese and baked. Topped with sour cream, diced onion, and chopped tomato. It's good comfort food on a grey day like this.

Dunno - meeting my DD after work to hang out. I'll go wherever she wants. 21, but hasn't learned to think ahead enough for reservations yet.

Try this with cornbread batter. My kids love it.

Tuna steak. I was thinking of encrusting it with everything bagel seasoning and searing .

Then doing some cooked spinach with garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce. And smashed cucumber with some chili oil, black vinegar, and soy.

I've had ribs going in the oven all day, will throw in a Beecher's macaroni and cheese at the end and make a big salad. Not one of our healthier days!

Collard greens, black eyed peas, tomatoes with smoky paprika

Sheet pan chicken thighs, rice, green salad. It's what I make when I have nothing planned ahead of time.
