You’d be wasting a vote. Both not great choices but Zimmerman is better than Diaz, slightly.

Meanwhile, Dawn and all her cronies (the ones who claim to have teachers’ backs) called that a “smear” article. Listen to the teachers who worked with Diaz at GHS. She was a terrible educator on top of everything else. Vote Zimmerman.

We were back in school with vaccinations when that happened, just like now. She was right.

This school board has become so corrupt and short changes our kids out of the education they deserve. I will absolutely be voting for an outsider to come in. The fact they keep trying to smear her record in favor of a pliable 26 year old opponent shows they are scared.

This is only partially true. Vaccines had only been available for the age group Diaz was teaching for three months, and vaccines were still not at all available for younger siblings at the time that Diaz was willing to just skip first period rather than wear a mask.

Abdicating her responsibility to educate the children in her care, just to avoid wearing a mask, is absolutely not the mindset we want on the Board of Education.
