McLean real estate has gotten very expensive and Artisan builds very nice houses.

Considering the zip code, the builder, and being on Dulany, it seems appropriately priced. There's a huge modern house at the corner right next to it that probably sold for much more.

What else do you want for 10M? That is pretty bells out. Not just the house, but location+ lot size and quality.

Miserable traffic in that area. Can’t imagine spending that much to deal with those small, crowded roads every time you try to leave your home.

Eh, it's pretty much has direct access to 495 and GW Parkway.

On a map, yes. But the traffic is awful so it takes a long time. Plus both are under major construction so it’s even worse.
