A friend of mine offered $100K!

I’m sure your friend appreciates you sharing their secret 🤣
Guess someone will read this and outbid them now

don't be naive, the 100k poster was probably the on-site sales agent...or a buyer trying to bluff out the other buyers.

No you are the naive one. Given the demand for this development many people will pay the extra $45K to have that lot

There's a Lennar neighborhood across the street from QO. Mt Prospect is Wootton for now, but with the WXY boundary analysis, who knows what it will be when the new Crown HS opens up. If you start adding so many options onto the Toll stripped down base pricing, you might as well look closer in for newish teardown resales (~5 yrs).

Sorry, that neighborhood is completely different. There are only 20 something single family homes and 80+ townhomes off of a busy road.

Also, QO is overcrowded, so it is possible that this neighborhood would be rezoned from Wootton to a new Crown HS, but it won’t get rezoned to QO.

There's also the possibility that Mt Prospect gets rezoned to Northwest HS, since the border is not far. It's all speculation though, MCPS is going to do what it's ultimately going to do. From the analysis, it seems like there's going to be some shifting at the cluster borders.

Completely agree. I am sure it is a perfectly fine neighborhood but you cannot compare it to Mt Prospect as far as location, spacing within the neighborhood, house size and upgrades/options, and so on.
