sure pal. "well hop over to GA" ...give me $100 on things that won't happen. lmao GA hats

If anything, GA has left their future plans more uncertain, which is a turn off. If you go to an ECNL or USYS club, you at least have some idea of what you'll face in 26-27.

It’s only uncertain if you need them to tell you they’re business as usual. No offense, but you’re not that important, they’re not going to send out a press release saying “we’re still in business” ever morning, why would expect them to send out one saying “nothing has changed.”

The member orgs that made changes announced their changes…that’s how things work.

Several GA just switched to RL, including recent champion league winner SC Surf. They give up boys MLSN for the hope their girls program can be ECNL one day.

🤣 wut?

You are annoying, most Surf clubs have MLSN, it would not be a stretch to think SC Surf got offered a promotion after winning the champions league.

You know the Surf network is extremely important to ECNL yes? SC surf making this move is more to do with Surf’s commitment to ECNL than a SC Surf dropping GA / MLSN

Surf soccer network has 55+ clubs, so indeed it’s an important piece of the US youth soccer.

I don’t what % of Surf clubs play ECNL vs MLSN.

They did not win champions league a club from Southern California won the overall team champions.

I do know that, which leads me to believe there isn't the animosity between the leagues that some want. The Surf network is broad and covers just about every alphabet league there is.

If you haven't noticed there are several threads that have bled together, but yes, I agree that is good leadership. Hopefully we see the same from the leagues that they inhabit.

This is true… Also ECNL is going to 9/1 in 26/27 so why even have this forum? Unless we all just need a place to vent.

Wanted to share what I learned today regarding Girls Academy. No decision has been made- or at least released to the clubs. A majority of clubs want them to go SY to align easier with the Ulittles as well as the ECNL platform. But now being connected with MLSNext changed everything. I have been messaging them constantly on multiple platforms, social media, asking them to announce either way. I encourage you to do the same

Here is the reason: we are all waiting to hear if US Club, USYS and AYSO make "transitional rules" for 25/26. Many assume literally nothing will change until 26/27. But most of those are people who want everything to stay the same for 18 months. My guess is there is a joint statement on transitional rules in the next month or two.

Well everyone is stating what they are hearing- so I thought I would state that they haven't let their clubs know yet. So everyone spreading info about that is false. I'm also encouraging people to contact them. so read through the whole thing
