| I think they're preoccupied with the Eagle thing. It's a massive embarrassment that a school fell apart on the PCSB's watch, right after getting a 5-year renewal. |

I think BASIS hasn't met all conditions and doesn't want the blunder of getting voted down twice in five years... My guess is DCPCSB is going to want to wait and see after count day this year what the demand signal really is in Ward 6 for a basis elementary |

They're not closing Eagle yet, so probably just ride out the year? Definitely in a death spiral. It just surprises me because the PCSB seemed very open to the acquisition at the prior meeting. And they've approved similar deals for Friendship in the past. |

I don't think it's been scheduled. Suggest keeping an eye on the Public Comment page of the PCSB website in case it pops up there. |
