You cannot force someone to help themselves. But if you are smart you are preparing for what is coming. They have been more or less correct about all the effects of the changing climate so the coming predictions are likely on target. Get ready.

Not just Texas. Most of the US will have sweltering summers apart from some points in the Rockies, the Pacific northwest and some northern parts of New England.
