Three FBI agents seized Rep. Scott Perry's cell phone at the airport today as he was on vacation with his wife and kids.
"Daddy, why did those people take your phone?" https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-ally-rep-scott-perry-says-fbi-seized-cell-phone-one-day-after-mar-a-lago-raid |
This has nothing to do with the Committee since the FBI doesn’t answer to them. I’m guessing it’s the investigation into Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman and anyone else involved in the conspiracy to overturn the election. If so, here’s the answer for his kids: |
Yes, I know. I couldn't find a DOJ January 6 thread. |
Why didn’t the bomb sniffing dogs alert on the pipe bomb(s)? Why haven’t they found the bomber? Why haven’t they released the video footage from camera one, which would give the public a much clearer view of what happened?
It was learned during the MI trial that the doors of the Capitol there were opened by police, same thing that happened on Jan 6th. The FBI director who was in MI at the time that happened was transferred to WA DC a few weeks before Jan 6th. There are a lot of questions I would like answered. |
Allowing the Veep Elect to enter the DNC without properly sweeping the exterior of the building visually and with canines is an unprecedented deriliction of duty. How have the oversight committees not subpoenaed SS officers and leadership? |
Interesting update from the Select Committee on Friday. The committee has been engaged in litigation with the RNC for a few months now over a subpoena to salesforce.com seeking certain communications sent around the time of the November 2020 election and the January 2021 Electoral College count. Not surprisingly, the RNC has been fighting the subpoena aggressively, and the litigation is now up on appeal after the district court dismissed the RNC's challenge. On Friday, the committee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot stating that they were withdrawing the subpoena to Salesforce, even though it had not received any documents or data in response, because the investigation has progressed significantly and the committee no longer needs the requested documents from Salesforce.
If I were the RNC, I would be pretty worried right now about what information the committee has obtained from other sources that it no longer needs to get any information from Salesforce. |
