On Friday, the committee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot stating that they were withdrawing the subpoena to Salesforce, even though it had not received any documents or data in response, because the investigation has progressed significantly and the committee no longer needs the requested documents from Salesforce.

If I were the RNC, I would be pretty worried right now about what information the committee has obtained from other sources that it no longer needs to get any information from Salesforce.[/quote]
