I feel like my Instagram feed is suddenly full of millions of different supplements - vitamins, herbs, probiotics, etc.
I don’t really take anything but am wondering if maybe I should. I have been interested in starting a probiotic to help boost my immune system since my kids were sick non-stop this winter. Curious what supplements others take regularly. |

Vitamin D and a multivitamin. I'm 46 y/o F vegetarian. |
I use brick house (they too are instagram ad whore) field of greens and collagen peptides.
I went with them from a referral before they got “big”. Peptides are/can be a scam and supposedly theirs are quality. Take a multivitamin too. |
